We have been in the piano restoration & tuning business since 1953, expertly restoring, repairing and tuning pianos for Radio 4, music colleges, and were former County Council contract school piano tuners and repairers for Dorset, Hampshire, West Sussex, Harrow and Bucks. Hardly used Kemble Yamaha model Winchester piano in near perfect condition. This piano has received an expert structural check and been fine tuned and regulated to a maximum performance.
This Kemble was one of the last made in Britain as manufacturing moved from Britain to Yamaha Japan in 2009 but basically a product from Yamaha as from 1987 Yamaha chose Kemble as their Uk partner.
This piano is of a decent quality with raised balance key chases, under felted hammers and over all good quality. This piano built for the European market is more mellow than a Yamaha similar sized model.
